Firstly,let me say,i’m not a huge fan of woman and high heels.Yes.The “ketak-ketuk-ketak-ketuk” sound is quite irritating.But,to ban it,it’s simply ridiculous!
A Malaysian city has urged Muslim women not to wear brightly coloured lipstick, tight clothes or high-heeled shoes while working.So,that means,after work,they can,be stark naked?Oh take off everything,exposing their Malaysian boobies?It’s quite contraindicating isn’t it.
Claimed,it could lead to all sort of vices and unwanted attention and since it’s an Islamic country,it should be done.So,tell me why is there a Jalan P Ramlee in KL then?For those who’s unfamiliar,thats their equivalent to our Clarke Quay or Boat Quay.
Vices and sexual innuendos are a natural human behaviour.Nobody can curb it no matter how much they try.Just look at the 3gp videos that’s circulated around.Most of them are from Malaysia.
Instead of making ridiculous laws like these,shouldn’t they concentrate on stamping down crimes,which i can safely say(ironic)is freaking high.People get kill here and there,and for crying out loud,their police station look like a dump.Trust me,my family’s car was broken into and their police station is worst then a market.And don’t get me start with their technology.
They still uses a typewriter lah!
Beside their crime,why not they stop all this corruptions.From a simple police man on the highway to the filthy rich-moustachio-datoks.Who thinks money can bring them around.For a country like Malaysia,money does bring happiness.Hence,the increase crime rates.
Im thankful that i’m living in Singapore.Yes.Even though,we complain about the slightest of things.At least,i know,my kids will be safe.Rather then worry bout sending your kids to school,worrying whether he/she will be back home for dinner.
Weird neighbours they are.
